3,200 kilometers. One canoe. One man. A legendary river.
In the summer of 2027, I will embark on an extraordinary adventure: paddling alone down the mythical Yukon River, from the waters of Marsh Lake, Canada, to Emmonak, Alaska, at the gateway to the Bering Sea.
For nearly 100 days, I will live in sync with the river, self-sufficient, in the heart of one of the last great wilderness areas on the planet. From the mountains of the Yukon to the vast plains of Alaska, each paddle stroke will take me further into a territory where nature still sets the pace.
YUKONIA was born from a simple belief: to slow down, explore, and tell the stories of the last territories where man is just a passing traveler.
Through my stories, my photographs, and a documentary film, I will invite you to experience this adventure with me, along the water, through encounters and miles.
The journey is just beginning.
THE COUNTDOWN HAS BEGUN!
In a few months, I will launch my canoe on the mythical Yukon River. Ahead of me: more than 3,200 kilometers and nearly 100 days of solo adventure, in the heart of one of the last great wilderness areas on the planet.
A man. A canoe. The Yukon to the Bering Sea.
